One department, DST, and its GSEM organisation. SpaceTech, recruitment and unrelated Revenue rules are excluded.

Important gaps

The earlier ten-note desk covers selected references only. The manufacturer desk adds selected provisions from the text-reviewed 22-page signed electronics policy; this does not establish complete policy-family coverage. The signed semiconductor policy is not fully reviewed. The 2025 clarification is read alongside its references, but complete consistency with the base and later changes is not established. Only page 1 of the 2025 components policy is covered. No assumption that it replaces earlier policies.
